Enjoy our Summer

Beginning May 1st through August 31st!!

Book a Friday or Sunday event in the months of June, July, or August and enjoy the discounted rate of $125/hour!

(Normal rate is $140/hour)

 A savings of at least $60 per rental.

**Summer Special Rate only applies to events that are booked to occur within the months of

June, July, and/or August.



Basic Rental

**Basic Rental Rates for dates outside of Summer Special

Monday - Thursday

$125.00/hour with no minimum rental

Friday - Sunday

$140.00/hour with 4 hour minimum rental

Wedding Rental

Reception Only 


Includes access to Venue for six (6) hours.


Bronze Wedding Package


Small/Intimate Ceremony + Reception  (typically under 50 guests)

Includes access to Venue for eight (8) hours.


Silver Wedding Package


Ceremony + Reception (over 50 guests)

Includes access to Venue for full day (8am-11pm) on day of Wedding.

Gold Wedding Package


Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner + Ceremony + Reception 

Includes access to Venue for seven (7) hours on day before Wedding for Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner as well as access to Venue for full day (8am-11pm) on day of Wedding. 

Every wedding is personal and unique. We ask that you call us if interested in a Wedding Rental so that we can discuss your vision and needs.

**A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due to reserve a date.  This is applied to total cost with remainder being due 30 days prior to event.

Cleaning Fees

**Cleaning Fees include the set up and take down of tables and chairs for event as well as a thorough cleaning of venue after event.

BASIC RENTAL: Required $125.00 cleaning fee

TEEN PARTY, i.e. Quinceanera, Sweet Sixteen, Prom/School Dance: Required $150.00 cleaning fee

WEDDING/WEDDING RECEPTION RENTAL: Required $200.00 cleaning fee


You have the luxury of providing your own food or having your event catered by a licensed caterer of your choosing. Rental includes access to a food warmer oven, with space for 4 full size pans, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer combo, sink and prep area, and common serving utensils.

Tables & Coverings

All tables must be covered.  

We do not provide linens, but they can be easily rented from a local party rental & supply company.

Included in your rental are twelve (12) 60" round tables which can seat 6-8 people.

We also have 96 White Resin Folding Chairs available for use and are part of your rental. 

Alcohol, Large Parties, & Special Event Liability Insurance

Rental Amenities

  A Special Event Liability Policy is required if alcohol will be served at your event and/or you are hosting an event with 60 or more guests. Special Event Liability Policies are relatively inexpensive. We will be happy to recommend several vendors where you can obtain a certificate of coverage.

Full access to 900 sq. ft. back patio with seating, string lights, and beautiful view of Bradley Creek
