Basic Rentals
**Basic Rentals can accommodate up to 100 guests
Monday - Thursday
Rental Fee beginning at $550
(*includes the Required minimum 3 hour rental and cleaning fee)
Additional Time Can be purchased at AN Hourly Rate of $140/hr
or half hourly rate of $70

Wedding Rentals

Wedding Reception/Bronze Wedding Package
**Can accommodate up to 75 guests
$1,650.00 (Includes Cleaning Fee)
Small/Intimate Ceremony + Reception
Includes access to Venue for eight (8) hours.
Silver Wedding Package
**Can accommodate up to 75 guests
$2,900.00 (Includes Cleaning Fee)
Ceremony + Reception
Includes access to Venue for full day (8am-11pm) on day of Wedding.

Gold Wedding Package
**Can accommodate up to 75 guests
$4,200.00 (Includes Cleaning Fee)
Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner + Ceremony + Reception
Includes access to Venue for seven (7) hours on day before Wedding for RehearsaL/Rehearsal Dinner/Decorating as well as access to Venue
for full day (8am-11pm) on day of Wedding. ​

A Deposit is Required to Reserve Your Event
**A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due to reserve a date for your event. This is applied to the total, with remainder of rental fee being due 30 days prior to event for a Basic Rental and 60 days prior for Wedding Rentals.
Cleaning Fees

**Cleaning Fees include the set up and take down of All tables and chairs for Your event.
It also includes a thorough cleaning of the venue Post event. No cleaning of the venue is required of renter.
We only ask you to remove any food or decor brought in as well as dispose of Any Garbage acquired during the event.
Catering
You have the luxury of providing your own food or having your event catered by a licensed caterer of your choosing. Rental includes access to a food warmer oven, with space for 4 full size pans, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer combo, sink and prep area, Rolling cooler for drinks, and common serving utensils.
Tables & Coverings
All tables must be covered.
We do not provide linens, but they can be easily rented from a local party rental & supply company.
Included in your rental are twelve (12) round tables measuring 60 inches in width.
We also have 100 White Resin Folding Chairs available for use and are part of your rental.

Special Event Liability Policy
A Special Event Liability Policy is required if alcohol will be served at your event. Special Event Liability Policies are relatively inexpensive. We will be happy to recommend several vendors where you can obtain a certificate of coverage.
